1. Newsletter Purpose

The newsletter may contain information about books, writing, releases, promotions, events, giveaways, reader programmes, website updates, excerpts, commentary, personal updates, links to retailers, and related author content.

2. Voluntary Subscription

Subscription is voluntary. By subscribing, you agree to receive emails at the address you provide and confirm that you are authorised to use that address.

3. Unsubscribe

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails. Some processing time may be required. Transactional or programme-administration messages may still be sent where necessary to complete or manage a request you initiated.

4. MailerLite

The newsletter is managed through MailerLite. When you subscribe, MailerLite processes your email address and related subscription information on my behalf for signup, email delivery, subscription management, unsubscribe handling, and related functions. MailerLite and its service providers maintain their own legal and privacy terms.

5. No Professional Advice

Newsletter content is general information, author communication, marketing, reader engagement, and entertainment only. It should not be treated as legal, financial, medical, mental-health, publishing, business, tax, investment, emergency, or other professional advice.

6. Fiction, Opinions, and Creative Content

Books and related materials may include violence, peril, mature themes, emotional distress, trauma, death, coercion, and other content that may not suit every reader. Parents and guardians should review relevant material for younger readers.

I try to keep newsletter information useful and accurate, but do not guarantee it will always be complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every circumstance. Dates, prices, retailer availability, promotions, links, release plans, and event details may change without notice.

Third-party websites are not controlled by me. I am not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, terms, pricing, delivery, refunds, or products. Purchases made through an external link are between you and the third party.
