1. Ownership of Website Content

This includes website text, book descriptions, excerpts, fictional names, fictional settings, character and worldbuilding materials, images, graphics, logos, page designs, downloadable materials, newsletter copy, and other original content.

2. Permitted Personal Use

You may view public pages in a browser, allow ordinary browser caching, print reasonable portions for personal non-commercial reference, and share ordinary links to public pages where the link is not misleading. These uses do not transfer ownership or other rights.

Except where expressly allowed by this notice, the Terms and Conditions, or applicable law, you may not without prior written permission:

• remove copyright notices, credits, attributions, or proprietary markings;
• use excerpts, fictional materials, character materials, or worldbuilding content in another publication, product, website, or service;
• scrape, mine, harvest, extract, mirror, or systematically collect content or data;
• use content for artificial intelligence training, machine-learning datasets, automated content generation, model development, or similar commercial processing;
• imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without written agreement.

4. Book Covers and Third-Party Materials

Some materials may belong to third parties or be used under licence, permission, retailer terms, publisher terms, or platform terms. Those materials remain the property of their respective owners. This notice does not grant permission to use third-party trademarks, cover art, stock images, platform logos, or other third-party content.

5. Sharing Links and Brief Quotations

You may share lawful, non-misleading links to public pages. Brief quotations may be used for commentary, review, news, criticism, scholarship, or similar purposes where permitted by law, provided the quotation is reasonable in scope and appropriately credited, with a link back where practical.

This does not permit reposting full pages, full excerpts, newsletters, downloads, or substantial portions of the website.

Permission requests should identify the material, intended use, location of use, whether the use is commercial, and how long the material will be used.

7. Copyright Concerns and Takedown Requests

If you believe material on this website infringes your copyright, provide enough information to identify the material and explain the claim. If my material is used without permission, I may seek removal, licensing terms, payment, or other remedies available by law.

Failure to enforce a right does not waive it. Permission for one use does not grant permission for another use unless expressly stated in writing.
